This Japan-based electronics company is to announce this modified TV alongside a series of similar gears that has been designed to be showcased at the CES 2019.
CES is the biggest trade show organized to bring forth the latest in technology. This year, this trade show is set to be organized in Las Vegas starting this week. Panasonic consulted the colorist named Stefan Sonnenfeld, who is also the Company 3 CEO. This company has collaborated alongside popular filmmakers for movies like Wonder Woman and Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
This experienced help brought in better accuracy for the color TV along with higher than average level of brightness. GZ2000 is very first of its kind OLED TV that supports both Dolby Vision HDR along with HDR10+ and the HLG Photo. Additionally, the TV also comprises of the built-in speakers that are of an upward-firing kind. The TV is capable of providing Dolby Atmos Sound which is tuned by the Audio Engineers for Panasonic. It also comes with support for the voice assistants such as Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.
These assistants can be used for easier access to home setup. This television is available in both 55-inch and 65-inch screen sizes. The latest GZ2000 OLED shall be available this year with the pricing to be uncovered later on. In order to meet the standards of Hollywood, Panasonic did extend its range while reducing the interval amid calibration steps for darkest RGB end as well as gamma scales.
This GZ2000 is also part of the first set of TVs that support the test patterns for CalMAN PatternGen which has been acquired from Portrait Display’s CalMAN software. This also comes with the AutoCal functionality. ISF or the Imaging Science Foundation’s calibration settings have also been supported by the TV set.
The HDR OLED Panel in GZ2000 has been powered by the highly advanced processor by Panasonic. HCX Pro, that analyzes color, clarity, and contrast of the 4K Videos, also helps optimize them while giving in more control over an all new screen of Panasonic’s customized and integrated OLED panel.
