The actress of Star Trek: Insurrection and Everwood, Stephanie Niznik, died unexpectedly at the age of 52 in Encino, California on June 23rd.
The most famous actress in Everwood to play the part of Nina Feeney. She was the nice neighbor of Treat Williams Dr. Andy Brown’s Brown family and the eventual love interest.
She has also participated in shows like Diagnosis Murder, Dr. Quinn: Medicine Woman, NCIS, and Grey’s Anatomy. Since 1994, she has worked as an actor and has made her movie Exit to Eden as Diana. Since 2009 when she was shown in The Twenty and NCIS: Lost, she has not been working on shows or movies. Born in Bangor, Maine, and graduating from Duke University, Durham, North Carolina with a Master’s degree in Fine Arts.
According to a report, before graduating from Duke University with majors in Russian and theater, Niznik wanted to become a geneticist. She was then a master in Cal Arts and afterward, she started to perform roles such as Vanishing Son and Murder She Wrote. She appeared on Nash Bridges and Dr. Quinn: Medicine Woman in brief roles. Before she found a repeating role in Diagnosis Murder.
Niznik also participated in children’s and animal rescue volunteering and was an organization that included Four Winds Heart-Centered Healing. The niece, the nephews, the sister, the uncle and her beloved dogs’ Nucleus and Jake. Niznik has survived her mother and sister-law.
Till now the reason for the actress’s death hasn’t been found and is still a mystery.
