A 29-year-old man from Kentucky who had earlier been found to be incompetent in court for sexual assault and other criminal allegations was now accused, according to reports, of violently attacking an 8-year-old girl.
At the start of August 10, Cane Madden was detained for whacking her eight-year-old head, fracturing her skull and raping her. The officials of Louisville claim Madden’s arraignment is planned for 12 August. According to a study, Ruth Watkins children’s neighbor said, “Well, there is only one kind of prayer that you can send.”
It states that the police arrived in the neighborhood around 4:30 pm and took the girl to the hospital where she was treated for a broken correct skull and numerous breakages, with bruises on her head. The arrest report states that “the vaginal wall stated by sexual assault has received major bruises and tears.”
Madden was even admitted to knowing the same thing before and after the assaults and when stopped by the police. He was then interviewed by detectives from the LMPD II office according to the quotation from the detention.
Where he gave them “intimate information” on the physical and sexual assault. He was detained near 1 a.m. and subsequently taken to Metro Corrections of Louisville. He was accused of 1st-degree rape, 1st-degree attack, and theft of 1st degree, with a bail of $1,000,000.
Online documents indicate he has been charged with several other instances but he has been considered incompetent to stand trial and the cases have therefore been rejected.
