Since July 26, 2019, all eight episodes of the “Amazon Prime Video” series “The Boys” are available in the offer of the streaming service. Although the slightly different superhero story just started recently, there is already information on a possible sequel.

Showrunner Eric Kripke has just released a new photo from the shoot on Twitter to show fans that it’s on the usual setting on the next season of “The Boys.” The pose, of course, fits the mentality of some characters in the series:

Fans of the story All about Billy Butcher and the supes can be happy. With a Twitter post, it had officially announced that the second season of “The Boys” is already in the making.

There were already rumors in the run-up to the Comic-Con in San Diego that the adaptation of the eponymous comic by Garth Ennis would be given further consequences. With the announcement, these messages have come true. This is not surprising, because: The audience very well receives the refreshing story. On IMDb “The Boys” currently scores 9.0 out of 10 stars on 36,390 ratings.

Although it had announced on Twitter that the filming of the new episodes has already begun, they did not want to reveal an exact start date yet. But presumably, it will take quite a while, despite the early start of production, that the second season of “The Boys” will start at Amazon’s streaming service.

Although serials are now more likely to go into extra time prematurely, we do not anticipate the sequel until July 2020. At the length of the season, you probably will not change anything and again provide eight episodes. As soon as there is new information, you will find it with us.
