On Saturday noon, Arun Jaitley, former finance minister and senior leader of BJP, passed away at 66. In Delhi AIIMS, the senior BJP chief breathed his last.
Arun Jaitley was transferred on August 9 to the Delhi All India Institute of Medical Sciences, after complaining about weakness and breathing trouble. A senior doctor for AIIMS informed the media that at 10 a.m. Jaitley was admitted to the department of cardiology. for medical examination’ and a team consisting of an endocrinologist, a nephrologist and a cardiologist were monitored.
Last Tuesday’s reports indicated that the Minister’s health was critical but hemodynamically stable. It is particularly hemo-dynamically stable that shows a stable cardiovascular pump and excellent circulation. On the same day, he was admitted to inquiry into his situation, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, Speaker Lok Sabha Om Birla, and other top BJP representatives paid a visit to the hospital to Jaitley.
Over the previous two years, Jaitley had been unpleasant. Arun Jaitley was required to undergo a renal transplant in 2018. He had undergone bariatric surgery earlier in 2014. This was achieved to reduce his weight acquired by his longstanding diabetic illness.
As professional lawyer, Jaitley was the leader in the cabinet of Premier Narendra Modi during his first term of office and served as the government’s main troubleshooter, notably during the crucial times of demonetisation and the rollout of GST.
On 14 May last year, he also had a kidney transplant. This year, Arun Jaitley did not fight the elections because of his health circumstances.
