Brianna Williams, the mum of missing 5-year-old Taylor Williams, is in a life-threatening situation in the hospital.
She was transported in serious condition due to an obvious overdose, Jacksonville Sheriff Mike Williams told during a news conference. He said “only she knows” whether she was seeking to take her own life.
The event took place while officers were en way to arrest Williams on Tuesday, according to First Coast News.
Taylor Williams was announced missing last Wednesday just before 7:30 a.m. by her mom, according to First Coast News. The day after an AMBER Alert was declared for Taylor, her mother ended cooperating with law enforcement in the search, according to Sheriff Williams.
According to First Coast News, Brianna Williams is a Petty Officer with the U.S. Navy and serves at NAS Jacksonville.
