Kodak Black may have given a correctional officer to the hospital by clutching his testicles in a jail fight.
A lot more spread out of Kodak Black’s sentencing trial on Wednesday than we anticipated. The Pompano Beach rapper was given 46 months in jail by a federal judge even though the prosecution had demanded 10 years.
His sentencing comes two weeks after he reportedly got into a brawl in prison that sent one prison custodian to the hospital. More details on that alleged conflict came out in court today. The accuser told the court that Black, whose real name is Bill Kapri, was under the influence of a narcotics when he beat up the correctional officer.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Bruce Brown told that the rapper was entangled in a fight with another prisoner on October 29 this year. A correctional officer on duty intervened in the conflict and maced both prisoners. That angered Kodak Black, who reportedly knocked the officer to a pulp wounding his grown and face. The unnamed correctional officer continues hospitalized with a hernia and will need surgery.
Miami Herald journalist Jack Brook tweeted that Kodak clutched the guard’s testicle in the melee

The managing judge did not factor in the alleged jail fight in Kodak Black’s sentencing, but that doesn’t indicate that he will not face extra charges from that incident, which could see him getting a longer prison course down the road.
3 years and 10 months is a win for the “Tunnel Vision” rapper and his judicial team. The prosecution for gunning for a decade behind bars, which would’ve critically affected his rap career. But a few less than four years could see him reaching home in three years on normal behavior.
