A New Jersey Resident has been determined guilty in the grim death of his lover, who was his business associate aswell.
On Friday, a Judge panel found Raphael Lolos, 43-year-old, judged on 29 counts including murder, defilement of human remains and pursuing in the murder of Jenny Londono, who was 31-year-old at the period of her 2017 death, Assistant Prosecutor Elizabeth R. Rebein of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office stated to the sources.
Jenny Londono was last observed on June 25, 2017, when she was finishing up Luna Lounge, a bar in Englewood, New Jersey, which she established with Raphael Lolos a year before her death, prosecutors had told the sources.
2 days later, a couple walking by a Brooklyn bay found her torso drifting in the water, and five days after that, Jenny’s leg touched up along the shores of New York’s Upper West Side.
She was recognized after police published photographs of a particular tattoo that goes across her hip.
After Jenny’s death, prosecutors stated Raphael bought garbage bags and pair meat choppers from a store. Jenny’s DNA was later found on one of the choppers in her apartment where prosecutors assume she was murdered, the sources report.
As per the prosecutors, the duo had been feuding over funds and their connection. Texts among them explained that he had called Jenny a “gold digger,” while other messages varied between explanations and pledges of love.
Raphael was also sentenced to taking Londono’s credit cards following killing her, Rebein states.
