A Burnsville man went on an extreme and racially powered tirade, breaking out the window on a vehicle owned by a Muslim man outside a Bloomington high rise and articulating a racial slur while taking steps to kill an observer while waving a huge bit of metal, as indicated by examiners.
Jason R. Gerardy, 39, was charged a week ago in Hennepin County District Court with two lawful offenses, making dangers of brutality and causing more than $1,000 in property harm and loss. Gerardy stays imprisoned in lieu of $10,000 bail in front of a court appearance Thursday.

Gerardy’s dad said he’s worried his child will kill somebody and once in a while goes into attacks of rage and anger.
