Alabama Couple Charged For This
Two Marshall County occupants were captured and accused of homo sensuality and inhumanity after an upsetting video was imparted to specialists. Examiners disclosed to WHNT News 19 the footage was given to network individuals through Facebook errand person, instant messages, and email.
Van Christopher Havis, 53, of Guntersville, and Holly Renae Debord, 36, of Albertville, were captured Thursday, Jan. 16 after specialists said they recognized them and the person in question. Havis is being hung on a $250,000 bond. Bond has not been set for Debord.
During a news gathering Friday, Jan. 17, agents said the video included an individual with a psychological inability. “This is an alternate, special sort case from what is included. Sheriff Sims disclosed to WHNT News 19 that the injured individual was an associate of Havis and Debord. Johnson revealed to WHNT News 19 Sodomy in the primary degree is a Class A lawful offense, which is deserving of 10 years to life in jail contingent upon earlier feelings and criminal history.
