New bail reform is letting suspected criminals get out of jail free, and it comes with farewell presents.
New York Mayor Bill de Blasio is reportedly handing out free transportation passes and cash cards to suspects freed from prison following bail reform. The perks are intended to persuade the suspected criminals to return for their court dates.
