Justin Bieber is one of the world’s most famous artists. He is best known for his hit single Baby and Intent, his fourth studio album. Bieber, who recently made his presence at a gathering, supported a fan who works to raise awareness of mental health by raising $100,000 for the cause.
Justin Bieber’s Donation
Purpose, in 2015, was the last studio album released by Justin Bieber. The singer is returning with his fifth studio album, Changes, after taking a break. He also spoke frankly about the mental, emotional, and physical challenges that caused him to suspend his career for quite a while. Bieber spoke of depression suffering that has troubled him for many of the last few years. Now the singer has donated a generous $100,000 to a fan who’s helping to raise mental health awareness.
Justin Bieber had been to promote his upcoming album Changes in New York City and made an appearance for an episode of MTV’s Fresh Out Live. He presented a $100,000 check to Julie Coker, a young fan who works to raise awareness of mental health issues.
Diagnosed With Depression
With the Active Minds chapter on her college campus at Stockton University in Galloway Township, New Jersey, Coker has become an advocate for the disease after being diagnosed with depression. She helped test some 5,000 students for depression, risk of suicide, and eating disorders. She has also participated in the #HugMore movement, which Bieber has endorsed.
In an interview, Julie Coker said it’s essential for everyone to think about mental health because more than 50 percent of people experience specific mental health problems. Justin has a big following, she said, and if he has an excellent mental health message, maybe everyone else will want to start thinking about mental health differently. Choker wishes to specialize in Graduate School clinical social work.
Bieber has partnered with Alexandria House, located in Los Angeles, which offers refuge and assistance in emergencies for women and children. The artist has put in place a $200,000 Intentions Fund to support Alexandria House. Now that’s where your post is putting your money in.
