An outlaw from Brooklyn who, as of late, visited China is being screened for the coronavirus at a Buffalo confinement office, a report said.
Kevin Qiu, 42, who’s needed on a warrant from Chester County, Pennsylvania, was busted by customs officials on Wednesday for attempting to go into Buffalo from Canada by means of the Peace Bridge, as indicated by WIVB.
Qiu confessed to fringe specialists that he, as of late, made a trip to China. He was put in care and taken to the Erie County Holding Center, where he’s being watched for the infection, the report said.
The Erie County Sheriff’s Office said Qiu isn’t indicating any coronavirus side effects. They surveyed him as a “medium hazard” for the infection.
“The Sheriff’s Office told the New York State Department of Health and the Erie County Department of Health, and all gatherings are attempting to set up conventions, safety measures, and insurances for prison staff and different detainees,” the sheriff’s office said in an announcement to the outlet.
It’s misty to what extent Qui will stay at the office or when he might be removed to Pennsylvania.
