Teen Charged For Brutally Pushing Step-Mother Down Stairs
A Georgia young person has been accused of homicide for purportedly pushing his stepmother down a trip of stairs, as indicated by a report.
Austin Perot, 18, was at first accused of irritated battery after Malgorzata Bozek experienced different skull breaks the fall at her home in Marietta on Feb. 8, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution said.
The charges were moved up to kill when Bozek kicked the bucket of her wounds the next day, the paper said, and court records appear.
Capture warrants show that Cobb County cops were called to a household quarrel where the high schooler was blamed for pushing his stepmom “down a trip of stairs,” the AJC said. No different subtleties were discharged.
Perot was set up for the Cobb County Adult Detention Center and held without bond, court records appear. No lawyer was recorded for him.
