A Quiet Place Part 2 is a horror movie and sequel to 2018 A Quiet Place. As the first film was successful at the box office, the plans for a sequel started in April 2018.
John Krasinski has written and directed the second part of A Quiet Place.
Back in August 2018, Krasinski was writing the movie, and he was appointed in February 2019 to direct.
Then from June to September, production happened in Western New York. It also told the sequel would be fighting with Mulan and No Time to Die around the moment of its premiere.

At first, A Quiet Place Part 2 was scheduled to release in theaters on May 15, 2020. But the second part will release in the theaters on March 20, 2020, by Paramount Pictures.

Emily Blunt as Evelyn Abbott, Noah Jupe as Marcus Abbott, Cillian Murphy as Emmett, Millicent Simmonds as Regan Abbott, Djimon Hounsou and John Krasinski as Lee Abbott.
Emily Blunt, Millicent Simmonds, and Noah Jupe will reprise their characters from the first movie. Krasinski also reprises his part from the first movie in flashback scenes.
