22-Year-Old Woman Dies After Double Shooting At An NJ Apartment
Numerous inquiries stay following taking shots at a Burlington County high rise Sunday evening that left a 22-year-elderly person dead and a 24-year-elderly person injured.
Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina said around 2:30 p.m., police discovered Kayla Winkler, a township occupant, alongside Ramek Bass, of Philadelphia, both enduring shot injuries in the corridor outside Winkler’s seventh-floor loft at The Arbors on Lenola Road.
Both were taken to Cooper University Medical Center in Camden, where Winkler was articulated dead, as indicated by Coffina. Bass was treated for a shot injury to the shoulder and was discharged. Coffina said Bass and Coffina were “colleagues.”
As of Sunday night, no captures were made, and police didn’t uncover any further conditions of the shooting. The Arbors is an eight-story high rise, with 408 units. It’s among more than 30 moderate lodging properties around New Jersey worked by Ingerman, charged as The Willows. 6 ABC Action News revealed K9 hounds were being utilized to look through the region around the high rise.
