The Gerard Way comic book adaptation Umbrella Academy is a sci-fi drama show that arrived on Netflix.
The show is about the seven adopted siblings who were created under unusual conditions and all their potent capabilities. The siblings reunited following the demise of their father, Sir Reginald Hargreeves, and later striving to defend the people.

Steve Blackman earlier revealed that season one takes 18 months to finish. So for season 2, it will land in late 2020 or early 2021.

The cast from the previous season will appear in the second season, which is as follows:
Robert Sheehan as Klaus, Aiden Gallagher as Number 5, Tom Hopper as Luther, Ellen Page as Vanya, David Castañeda as Diego, Emmy Raver-Lampman as Allison, and Justin Min as Ben.
The actors who will not be going to appear in the second season are as follows: Adam Godley as Pogo, Ashley Madekwe as Detective Patch, and John Magaro as Leonard Peabody/Harold Jenkins.

Gerard Way earlier revealed that the second season of Umbrella Academy would be inspired more in Dallas.
Way said in a statement, “When everything insisted and done, there is a sum of eight novels ready. We’re two series ahead, and I understand that there’s only been a couple of things used from Dallas’ so I imagine if there’s a second season, you will examine some things possibly from Dallas.”
