Here we have everything that you need to know about the reunion of FRIENDS, and we even have a release date for it!
Well, well, well, here we have a piece of very great news for all the fans of the show, FRIENDS. Yes, this coming May, the cast of FRIENDS are going to reunite once again for a one-off select show. This is going to happen on the sixteenth anniversary on which the American sitcom aired a heartfelt finale to its fans.
That being said, the six stars that reprise various roles in this show are going to officially reunite for an unscripted reunion of FRIENDS, which will be exclusive to HBO’s upcoming streaming service called HBO Max. This information has been revealed by Variety.
Here is what the stars have updated us about the FRIENDS reunion!
Back on the 21st of February, which was a Friday, at 2 p.m., each of the stars took to their Instagram handle sharing an identical promotional image from the smash-hit comedy series in the ’90s that portrayed all our six beloved characters together and this confirmed that they had all struck a deal with the media giant. Although, Matt LeBlanc didn’t update anything on his Instagram.
All these five posts were captioned with just two words, and It’s happening. Even LeBlanc posted an image of some cast members from M.A.S.H. as a joke to say the same caption.
The cast of this particular reunion is going to include,
- Jennifer Aniston in the role of Rachel Green
- Courtney Cox reprising the part of Monica Geller
- Matt LeBlanc doing the part of Joey Tribbiani
- Matthew Perry will perform the role of Chandler Bing
- Lisa Kudrow will reprise Phoebe Buffay
- David Schwimmer will do the character of Ross Geller
