The Mandalorian Season 2: Will Hera Return?

It seems that The Mandalorian’s overwhelming success encourages Mouse House to bring several famous people from animation to live-action

The first season of Jon Favreau’s new show started things humbly. In the end, the story revolved around a hunter of Mandalorian generosity who possesses a precious commodity, a creature of the same species as Baby Yoda.

It seems, however, that the Child is much more important than we initially thought, as the continuation of the narrative will host many other important characters in this distant galaxy. This is due either to the fact that Favreau is aiming for a bigger story or to Disney wanting to take all the big stances to ensure that The Mandalorian will become even more popular from season one.

Who else will return?

In any case, Ahsoka Tano, played by Rosario Dawson, will only be the first addition. Recently, we learned that Clone Wars’ Bo-Katan Kryze would also make its live-action debut, not to mention the fact that Disney has chosen Jango Fett’s actor Temuera Morrison to play Boba Fett.

Hera is returning in season 2:

Now, a new report shows that Season 2 will also include Star Wars Rebels’ Hera Syndulla. And while it’s exciting to hear that, it shouldn’t come as a surprise, as we realized last week that Hera arrived at Mandalorian and it seems that our ladle has now been confirmed (although we have heard that she will not appear until the season 3).

Mouse House is developing two series of live-action spin-offs, one revolving around Boba Fett and another with Ahsoka, Sabine, and Hera as they search Ezra in unknown areas. And according to this new report, all of these characters will appear for the first time in the next chapter of The Mandalorian in some way.

From what we know about Season 2 so far, the return of these individuals, or more specifically, the live-action debut, seems very likely. As for the role they will play in the story of Mado and Baby Yonda, then, at this point, it is possible to speculate.

I guess we’ll know for sure, one way or another, when Mandalorian’s Season 2 will hit Disney Plus in October.
