A mother has been accused of homicide and a stepfather with jeopardizing youngsters following a 7-year-old Ohio kid kicked the bucket at his home, ABC 6 reports.
Columbus cops reacted to a call about a suffocated youngster at around 8 p.m. Saturday night, the station stated and discovered Fabian Maldonado-Cortez lethargically.
He was taken to Nationwide Children’s Hospital in basic condition and articulated dead there not long before 10 p.m.
That the kid had been “exposed to extreme maltreatment which prompted his demise.” The kid’s mom, 24-year-old Oneida Maldonado-Cortez, was accused of homicide and his stepfather, 37-year-old Jose Emanuel Santos Perez, was accused of imperiling youngsters.

Maldonado-Cortez conceded that she beat the youngster on numerous occasions and never took him to the medical clinic. Santos apparently told police he saw Maldonado-Cortez beat the kid with a few articles for quite a long time however dreaded calling the police since he didn’t need her to go to prison.
