Its been a long time when Netflix released the teen romantic film titled The Kissing Booth. The flick was very successful, managed to earn high ratings, and watched by many viewers around the globe. The original movie ended in a way that it set up the story of a sequel. Now The Kissing Booth 2 is soon coming up on Netflix with the original cast members like Joey King, Jacob Elordi, and Maisie Richardson-Sellers in the lead roles.
The sequel film is inspired by the novel titled The Kissing Booth 2: Going the Distance by Beth Reekles. Vince Marcello directed, and he also penned the screenplay with Jay Arnold. Now everyone wants to know what new they will see in the upcoming film. So keep reading to catch all the details:
The sequel film is going to focus on the love experiences of Elle, Noah, and Lee. The film is heavily inspired by the book of Reekles. In the sequel film, we will see the relationship getting more complicated amid Noah and Elle. The couple will now be in a long-distance relationship. Noah will go to Harvard College, on the other end Elle will complete her senior year at high school with best friend named Lee. Also, Noah will also get close to another girl, so in the end, Elle must decide if she trusts him or not.
Some fans were thinking that if the sequel film may be delayed due to coronavirus pandemic. But the good news is the filming already completed back in the previous year so we dont need to wait for more for the sequel of The Kissing Booth 2.
