In 2018, Freeform came up with the Mermaid series named Siren. It is made by Eric Wald and Dean White who are also the executive producer of the series alongside Emily Whitesell, Eric Wald, Brad Luff, Dean White, and Nate Hopper. These are the cast members of the series: Alex Roe as Ben Pownall, Eline Powell as Ryn Fisher, Fola Evans-Akingbola as Maddie Bishop, Ian Verdun as Xander McClure, Sibongile Mlambo as Donna, Rena Owen as Helen Hawkins, etc.

So we have bad news for everyone as Freeform not renewed the fantasy series for a fourth season decided to cancel it just after three seasons.
