Simon was using his electric bike and ignored the manual as he mentioned in his tweet. As a resultant, he faced the immediate impact of the bike and stumbled upon it and sustained many injuries. It is reported that the injury could worsen than that, and Simon could have been lost his life in the accident.

His both son Eric and Adam visited him in the hospital and his wife Lauren Silverman told about the current conditions of Simon. She said that currently, he is resting and expected to walk after a year. So this could be disheartening for his family and now they are praying for his well being.
