Apple TV+ Renews Severance for Season 3, Confirms 2025 Release

Apple TV+ has officially renewed *Severance* for a third season. Filming has been underway since spring.

After a three-year gap between Seasons 1 and 2 (which arrived in early 2025), Apple TV+ has moved swiftly to confirm Season 3 of Severance.

What We Know

Series creator Dan Erickson is back. Ben Stiller returns to direct multiple episodes. Adam Scott, Britt Lower, John Turturro, Zach Cherry, Patricia Arquette, and Tramell Tillman are all confirmed returning.

When

The show is expected to return in 2026. Apple has not confirmed an exact window but sources suggest Q1 2026.
