Contact FAQ

Reaching us

How quickly will I get a reply?
Median reply times are 12–48 hours by inbox, measured over the past 90 days. Press and tips: under 12 hours. Letters to the editor: up to a week (we batch them weekly).
Can I pitch a freelance piece?
Yes. Send to editor@thedigitalwise.com with the title, your three sentence angle, two recent clips, and your byline. We commission about a dozen freelancers per quarter.
Will you respond to PR pitches?
For genuinely newsworthy releases, yes. We do not cover product launches, brand activations, or "first-look" exclusives that require us to plant the announcement.
Do you accept screening invitations?
Yes. Junket and screening invites should go to editor@thedigitalwise.com. We may decline if the screening conditions (embargo terms, NDA, mandatory talking points) compromise editorial independence.
Can a brand pay for a review?
No. Reviews are never sponsored, and no commercial relationship influences a critic's verdict. For advertising opportunities that do not involve reviews, see our media kit.
I want to subscribe — where do I sign up?
The Morning Brief page has the signup. Free, three minutes weekday mornings, one-click unsubscribe.
